I'd like the ability to be able to upload a large list of users and invite them to the community. I'd also like to be able to bulk export my user database so that I can upload it to my CRM system.

Hi @Boater1964 We have a plugin that supports bulk uploads. It's not available for self-serve installation because if it's not used properly, it can result in you accidentally spamming a large list of people. Please contact your CSM about getting this installed.
As for the bulk exports, we can do that as a customer service request and we do have an integration to some email marketing programs. A self-serve export is on our roadmap and will be make available together with 2-factor authentication to ensure that only authorized admin can execute a bulk export.
