How do I modify my payment terms?

I tried updating my credit card on the website but it keeps showing my old credit card information.  How can I add a new card?

Hi @Reese  We are experiencing issues with our billing system. I have created an incident in our case management system to have someone clear your billing information. You will receive an email prompting you to update your billing information one this is done.
